I don’t know how to put into words what Stoney Point means to me. I don’t know if they know how much I love everyone here. I could write a book about each department!!!❤️ I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a SNF in Chatsworth area to come & take a look. I was recommended here from the hospital I was being treated at. I had been in 2 comas & last one I wasn’t supposed to wake up from. I was confused & needed a lot of therapy from laying for months & then in a wheelchair. Physical therapist have helped me get to walking with just a walker now . I’m dealing with old injuries & new ones that are actually old ones. I needed help & still need a bit more dealing with 2 new major surgeries coming up. It’s a very clean facility which really helps. The staff is excellent & they are always striving to make improvements. If you have a good suggestion they’ll hear you out. I’ve been a patient just over 5 yrs. I have gotten to know everyone very well. I’ve seen a lot of changes. Some great ones. I see them always working on improvements to be the best they can be. I did not want to come here or any place like this. I was 50 when I first got here. I thought it was just for “old crazy ppl”. I needed help but didn’t want to go somewhere/anywhere but home tbh. Logically I knew I needed help to recover & I couldn’t get around where I was living. From day 1 they’ve worked with me with whatever needs I’ve had. (I’ve kept them busy & still am. lol). They work well with ppls different needs. We have a diverse group here. They treat us like we are part of their family. Like a friend too. Of course very professional as well. Respect & concern for all of our safety & needs is top notch.Every department is 5 stars!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was seriously could write a book about how each department is special to me & helps me. I don’t know if I I could pick 1 nurse over another? That goes for the other depts as well. It’s hard to pick when everyone really cares about you. I’ve been working closely with our DON (director of nursing)Ellen lately. Coordinating what I need to take care of. When you need something & she says it’ll be taken care, it does!! Shes very busy but always makes time for you. She made the mistake of telling me if there’s anything I need her doors open. I bet she regrets that now!! Lolz!!! Bottom line this is a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ facility definitely in my book. I truly feel safe, comfortable, & goes above & beyond for their patients. I do feel like I have some amazing friends from the staff. Since I’m a social person. I have some great friendships with some of the patients too. I highly recommend this facility.

Wanted to thank Denis for helping my father find this location. I have to admit I was a little bit apprehensive at first, but the care my father received was unbelievable. The staff truly cared for him and helped him recover and improve so much. The only negative thing I can say is I wish my father could’ve been there longer because the facility helped him so much. My father has Alzheimer’s and he’s had trouble with other boarding care homes. But he was very well taken care of here

Thank you for taking such kind care of my sister while she was there. I have seen horrible conditions in other places and was expecting the worst. The staff was attentive and caring and showed genuine kindness.

The care my dad received from Stoney Point health care facility was unlike any other skilled nursing facility we’ve ever been to. The staff are warm, compassionate, caring, gentle, friendly, and treat patients with the upmost respect and dignity. Of the 5+ skilled nursing facilities he had been admitted to, Stoney Point was the ONLY facility he did not get bed sores in. Even though he was bed bound, they bathed him, cut his hair, shaved his face, cut his nails, and ultimately gave someone who couldn’t groom himself anymore the dignity of being properly groomed. All the staff we encountered were lovely. I am so lucky that my dad spent his last days in a place I knew he had compassionate care, and was safe. At first glance, the facility looks older and slightly run down, but the care we received there was beyond amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough.
